If necessity is the mother of all invention, there is no doubt that we have been very inventive with our supply chains over the last few months. Organisations dependent on their supply chains have had to adjust quickly, act flexibly, increase visibility and innovate at pace. While unprecedented and incredibly dangerous, the crisis will certainly not be the last challenge we will face, and it can’t be the end of our thinking. The pandemic creates a rare and important opportunity to scrutinise supply chain visibility, vulnerability and risk; what we have learned will be vital to re-imagining the supply chain for the future.
Join us to hear how organisations are learning from the current crisis and are building resiliency into their supply chains to withstand future events. Learn how business leaders can use AI and other emerging technologies – including automation, blockchain and IoT – to create intelligent supply chains and achieve new levels of responsiveness. Identify what steps can be taken today – even in the midst of a real-life global supply chain stress test.
