Kathryn co-founded Decoded with a mission to demystify the technologies behind the screen. Today Decoded is considered one of the most preeminent technology schools in the world. To date they have educated hundreds of thousand of leaders globally and are the go-to educators for the boards of FTSE and Fortune 500 companies. Kathryn is a passionate believer in lifelong learning and advocate for education reform. In 2014, she was part of the successful campaign to include Code on the National Curriculum, receiving an MBE for her services to education. In 2017, she joined the non-executive committee for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. She is currently campaigning for a Future Skills Fund and for more female representation within the AI sector. Multiple award winner for her contributions to entrepreneurship in the UK, Kathryn was most recently named Digital Leader of the Year in the FT.
