Jacob Turner is an international lawyer and author of ‘Robot Rules: Regulating Artificial Intelligence’, a new book on why AI is unique, what problems it could cause and how we can solve them. Jacob has represented countries including Greece, Argentina, Russia and Iraq. He has lectured on regulating AI at universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, McGill, NYU and the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg. He has also delivered seminars to the Chinese Government and military on AI and national security. Jacob is a former speechwriter to a UN Ambassador, and has spoken at the UN Human Rights Council and UNESCO. He holds law degrees from Oxford and Harvard.
