Dr Michal Nachmany is a Policy Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she leads the work on digital public goods to support climate action.
She has more than 20 years experience in facilitating the use of data resources to support evidence based decision making in the public and private sector. She manages Climate Change Laws of the World – the most comprehensive open-access global resource on national climate laws and policies, She also project manages the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) – an investor-led initiative, supported by investors with over $19 trillion in Assets under Management, TPI tracks the climate actions taken by the highest emitting companies worldwide.
Michal holds a PhD in Climate Policy from LSE, as well as an MA in Energy Policy, LLB in Law and an MBA. She is a (non-practicing) lawyer and regularly speaks on climate policy and action with diverse audiences and on international media.
