Mike Clancy is general secretary of the trade union Prospect which represents around 144,000 technical, professional and specialist workers across the public and private sectors, including a growing membership in the tech sector. He regularly engages with employers, regulators and government on issues around the future of work, employment rights and the voice of workers. Mike is a member of the TUC general council as well as serving on the council of conciliation service ACAS.
