Alexa Lightner is the VP & General Manager of Humanyze’s European office in Amsterdam, where she is focused on supporting current and future customers in the region. She’s led Humanyze’s customer experience strategy for over two years and has partnered with large enterprise HR, strategy, operations, and corporate real estate teams to develop and deliver ONA strategies and capabilities across industries using Humanyze’s software and analytics platform. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communications from Clark University and her background prior to Humanyze includes work in coworking and workspace consulting, community management, and customer-centric product development for various start-ups in Boston, USA.
