Alexa Lightner is the Vice President and General Manager for Europe and the UK at Humanyze where she is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing Humanyze’s delivery capabilities and brand presence in the region. Her background includes work in community management, customer-centric product development, and workspace strategy for various start-ups in the Boston area, including a recent role as the Director of Community Development at Workbar, a local coworking company. During her time at Humanyze, she has helped develop the customer-facing strategy by aligning Humanyze’s delivery model with customers’ needs in order to maximize the value and application of our software and analytics platform. Alexa has also made it her mission to engage and introduce others to the world of organizational analytics, having recently guest lectured on the topic for Babson College’s MBA program, participated in panels on workplace culture and customer experience design for Startup Boston and General Assembly, contributed to MIT Sloan’s recent research study on the future of performance management, and shared her insights about measuring team productivity for the Way We Work podcast. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communication & Culture and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and a Master’s degree in Professional Communications from Clark University.
