About Griff
Griff investigates and challenges infringements of human rights and uses and abuses of technology and information by the state, police and private companies. His recent work includes a challenge to the UK police’s use of live facial recognition and a campaign to protect sexual violence victim’s personal information during criminal investigations. Prior to joining Big Brother Watch Griff worked as a litigation paralegal, took on employment and social security cases for the Free Representation Unit, and volunteered for Liberty and Reprieve.
