Jeremy is Chief Executive of QuantumBlack, a McKinsey company. With over thirty years of leadership and management experience, Jeremy previously held leadership positions in the US, Europe and Asia with Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan, ING Barings and UBS. Since 2008 he has advised and led a number of early stage creative and technology businesses. He combines his deep understanding of the challenges facing large complex organisations in times of change, with the experience of establishing a strong culture and growth framework in small businesses needing to grow fast yet stay nimble. He has led QuantumBlack since 2014.
Jeremy is also Chair of East London Arts and Music, a school focused on preparing young people for careers in the creative industries. He is also Treasurer of the National Art Collections Fund (Art Fund).
